Sports Performance & Return-to-Sport Rehabilitation

At TAG Physical Therapy, we help athletes and active individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and safely return to sport with confidence. Our sports performance programs combine evidence-based rehabilitation, strength and conditioning principles, movement analysis, and sport-specific training to address the unique demands of each athlete and activity level.

Whether recovering from surgery, managing a chronic injury, or looking to improve mobility, strength, stability, and overall performance, our therapists provide individualized one-on-one care designed to maximize recovery and reduce the risk of future injury. We work with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, runners, golfers, pickleball and tennis players, soccer players, swimmers including teens and active adults of all ages.

Our approach emphasizes not only pain relief, but also restoring proper movement mechanics, improving performance capacity, and helping patients return to the activities they love stronger and more resilient than before.
